Thomas Joseph is a collage artist based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Educated with a background in Architecture, Thomas has been working in collage since 2017. His current painterly style reflects captured moments of the commonplace. From convenience stores to self storage facilities, his scenic works are constructed with a draftsman-like rigor.

Space1026 presents: THE DAY, TODAY, TO DATE, a debut show of works by Thomas Joseph. Through May, the art collective’s gallery displays over 50 collages depicting the ordinary beauty of daily life in Philadelphia, in a painterly style. These “moments scrapped” are a love letter to SEPTA, storage warehouses, rowhomes and chain convenience stores.
